Visiting the United Buddy Bears installation at the Supertree Grove Lawn feels like stumbling upon a scene from Alice in Wonderland. This colourful installation features 150 life-sized bears in 2 giant circles around the lawn, and 145 of the bears have been given a makeover by an artist from a different country.
Originating from Berlin, the installation will be up till 12th October 2025, so be sure to catch the whimsical bears while they’re in town. Fun fact: the exhibition also marks 60 years of diplomatic ties between Singapore and Germany.
While you’re at Gardens by the Bay, drop by the Flower Dome to catch their new Swiss Alps-themed event that will take you straight to snowy peaks and picturesque alpine chalets. The event will run from 8th September to 12th October 2025.

The crown jewel of the event is no doubt Picnic Funland by Uncle Ringo, which transforms the atrium into a playground of giant inflatables shaped like picnic treats, and a whimsical tea cup ride that kids will love.
You won’t have to dabao food for this “picnic” – there will be plenty of food kiosks on-site, by vendors like Ritz Apple Strudel, SUBWAY, and Bangkok Jam. Don’t miss the free movie screenings happening daily at 7pm – expect crowd favourites like Frozen 2 and Monsters University.
