Look, 50 sit-ups in your bedroom and a basic set of lunges on your staircase will probably never be able to replace the adrenaline you feel at a fitness class. With hundreds of workout options out there, however, choosing one that fits your needs can be a daunting task.
Lucky for you, we’ve been on a mission to suss out free workout classes so you can try a bit of everything before committing to a package. Head to The Centrepoint for a series of free boot camps, sports marathons, and HIIT that’ll leave your muscles shaking.

From 2pm-4pm, the actual challenge starts. Your sweat sesh will start with a 10-minute warmup. Stretch those legs, check out the equipment, and get ready to have your butt kicked. Once the timer starts, you’ll need to complete all the challenges to receive a stamp. Collect 3 stamps and you shall get a finisher pin.
Those with more energy to burn can come back on the 25th March between 10.30am-6pm for the Fit & Fab sports marathon happening at the Atrium on Level 1. There’ll be free yoga sessions, taekwondo classes, football practices, and boxing for the whole fam. Bring the kids and dress in cute workout gear.
Happening every Wednesday and Friday from now till 28th April, you’ll get to burn fat and tone muscles in a free 60-minute HIIT – courtesy of Decathlon.
The class will start at 7pm sharp on the level 2 Gastro+ open space. Brace yourself for a series of jumping jacks, burpees, and jump squats. You may struggle through the sets in the beginning but if you’re consistent, you’ll be building muscles without spending a penny.
Now, while that might not sound like the most family-friendly class, trust that the rest of the activities on the lineup are. Round the whole fam up for Lindy Hop every first and third Sunday from 2pm-5pm and Line Dancing every first Saturday of each month from 5.30pm-9pm. Both dance sessions are absolutely free.
If you’re ready to see results, stop resting on your laurels and make your way to The Centrepoint. A whole host of fun workout routines are set to kick off in the month of March and April, and you definitely don’t want to miss it.
