All full-time position applicants need to have at least two years of working experience in a relevant field, no exception. i.e if you’re applying to be a full-time writer, you must have full-time experience spent primarily writing. If you are a fresh grad or want a career change and don’t have the experience, you can apply for our 6 month internship program here instead. It provides an accelerated path to becoming a full-timer in 6 months and we promote internally regularly. More than half of our current full-timers were once interns.
TSL is looking to fill these full-time positions:
Content Strategist: You’ll be responsible for developing the content strategy across our publications. Your work will include ideating for client briefs, meeting clients, media monitoring and occasionally even things like scriptwriting. All applicants must score at least 18/20 on this quiz – doing so will grant you an interview. It is a requirement for you to send a screenshot of your quiz results when writing in.
Social Media Specialist: You love being at all the latest events and discovering/sharing new deals. You have an eye for aesthetics and enjoy photography. You understand the latest lingo and always use the new features Instagram comes up with.
Software Engineer: You’re able lose yourself in a world of code. The more stacks you know, the better. There’s this test you have to figure out too.
Growth Hacking Marketer: Either to grow new business units or to create buzz for the existing companies in TSL media, through marketing campaigns, events and clever ideation.
Franchise / Entrepreneur: If you’re in the hotseat of a new venture, you should never run out of things to do. We’re looking for resourceful individuals to partner with who just need that marketing and financial leverage to unlock their potential. We’ll provide the rest and cut you a profit-sharing deal. We’re looking at using TSL’s marketing reach to diversify into retail and other markets. So if you’re an expert at something like shoes, watches or dropshipping or maybe the Australian market, then we want you. Don’t send in a generic application. Account Servicing Executive: You have to be a “people person” who enjoys the art of diplomacy. You’ll serve as the link between our sales team, clients and content production team. A strong command of English is mandatory.
Business Development / Sales: You need to make a strong first impression, have perseverance and a likeable personality. Experience in the media industry is a requirement.

Videographer: This is a position for our sister company Eatbook. You must be able to handle a YouTube video production from start to end, starting from pitching and storyboarding ideas. A minimum of 1 year experience in video producing and editing is preferred.
