Scoot Resumes VTL Flights To Australia, Here’re Some Activities To Bookmark ASAP

Scoot VTL flights to Australia

So we’ve just come off the freezing of Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flight tickets. While ticket sales have quietly resumed, we’re going to shout it loud and proud that overseas holidays are now back on our to-do list this year.

That’s because Scoot has just announced the resumption of VTL flights to Australia. Here are the prices and flight numbers to look out for. We promise this isn’t a sponsored post, we’re just ecstatic that we just may be able to wanderlust the heck out of 2022:

Flights to Australia from AUD248 (S$239)

Blue Mountains

You only need to hold your breath for a couple of weeks, because Scoot’s VTL flights between Singapore and several Aussie cities will resume from 5th Feb 2022 onwards. They’ve slapped a rather tempting starting price tag of AUD248 (S$239), so you may want to lock in those plans, like, now

Here are the VTL flights to look out for:

  • Melbourne to Singapore: TR19, Daily
  • Sydney to Singapore: TR13, Daily
  • Perth to Singapore: TR9 & TR17*, up to five times weekly

*Note: VTL from 5th Feb & 9th Feb 2022 respectively

Gold Coast

They’ve also got regular flights heading to and from Singapore, with respective regulations and quarantine requirements in place:

Australia to Singapore

  • Gold Coast: TR7, three times weekly

Singapore to Australia:

  • Gold Coast: TR6
  • Melbourne: TR18
  • Perth: TR8, TR16
  • Sydney: TR12

Things to do in Australia

Now that you’ve got the flight numbers to look out for, here’s some inspiration for you to plan your upcoming trips to the Land Down Under:

Think “Melbourne” and “coffee” automatically comes to mind. Check out these uniquely-themed Melbourne cafes if you’re one to inhale brunch food and java on your time off.

There are also tons of things to do in Melbourne like hiking and trawling markets, that we most certainly miss.

Those who miss Sydney’s picturesque landscape of cliffs, marinas, beaches and of course, dramatic architecture, can jot down these things to do in Sydney

If an out-of-city experience is what you’re looking for, then a trip to the region’s famous Blue Mountains would be a breath of fresh air.

A holiday’s all about R&R, and if it’s laid-back you’re looking for, then Perth would be a natural choice. If adventure is up your alley though, you’ll want to take in a Western Australia tour from the city. Explore the outback, stargaze, or go dolphin-spotting while you’re at it.

VTL flights to Australia resumed

With Scoot VTL flights to Australia resuming, we don’t have to put our upcoming holiday plans on hold just yet. Plus, with pretty affordable prices, a much-needed overseas getaway is achievable.

Just keep an eye out for changing restrictions and the entry requirements for the different states, and you should be good to go.
