5. Lee Do Restaurant – 1-for-1 Red Wine Chicken Soup

Lee Do’s traditional Fuzhou cuisine is definitely a must-try if you’re thinking of having something other than hotpot for reunion dinner. This family-run restaurant specialises in seafood and soup based dishes, which are hallmarks of dishes found in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian city in China.
