There’s A New Indoor Badminton Court In JB That Opens Till 1AM, With Prices Starting From $4.75/Hour

Rally7 Badminton Court in Johor Bahru

JB is no longer just the place Singaporeans go for café-hopping, grocery runs, and “cheap but somehow still expensive after the exchange rate” shopping hauls. These days, more people are crossing the Causeway for sports too, from late-night gym runs to challenging their friends at the many pickleball courts in JB.

Now, there’s another spot to add to the list: Rally7 Badminton Court, a new indoor badminton facility in JB that is open till 1am. With court prices starting from ~S$4.75/hour, it’s a wallet-friendly option for groups looking to get a game in – and maybe wait out the checkpoint jam before heading back to Singapore.

The current exchange rate is S$1 = RM3.15 as of 15th July 2026.

How to get to Rally7 Badminton Court in JB

Rally7 Badminton Court is located in Skudai, a 20-minute drive from JB Checkpoint. If you’re not driving, the best option is to take a Grab over. The exact address is Lot 2360, Jalan Selatan 6, Taman Perusahaan Ringan Pulai, 81200 Johor Bahru.

Once you get there, you’ll be greeted with 8 indoor courts with high ceilings, so you won’t feel like you’re playing in a stuffy shoebox. The extra height also means better ventilation and more room for those dramatic high clears, whether or not they actually land where you intended.

Prices start from RM15/hour depending on the date and time you book, which works out to around ~S$4.75/hour. You can also book longer slots from RM30 (~S$9.50) for 2 hours, RM45 (~S$14.25) for 3 hours, and RM60 (~S$19) for 4 hours on weekdays.

Rates get slightly higher after 6pm on weekdays and on weekends. Still, it’s actually pretty reasonable if you’re splitting the cost with friends.

There’s also a huge parking space at the venue, which means you won’t have to arrive ridiculously early just to get an empty lot before fighting for points on court.

Showers with hair dryers & prayer rooms

If you’re particular about post-sport facilities, Rally7 has proper bathrooms and showers too, so you don’t have to make the trip back to Singapore all smelly.

The bathrooms are pretty aesthetic as well, with red-and-white tiles that could easily double as a backdrop for a quick GRWM TikTok or Reel after your game. There are also hair dryers available, which is a small but important win if you’ve got dinner plans after.

Muslim visitors will be glad to know that there’s a surau on-site too, with separate prayer rooms for men and women.

Bookings can be made online via CourtSite, so you can chope your slot before heading over. The process is pretty straightforward: select Rally7 Arena, pick your preferred date, time, and court, then check out online. Once that’s done, you’ll just have to turn up for your session and start playing.

The lights will also turn on automatically during your booked time slot, which is great because nobody wants to be that person standing around awkwardly in the dark.
