Halloween may not have been a predominant holiday in Singapore, but you can’t tell with the slew of local events commemorating it over the recent years. For those dying to celebrate Halloween in the heartlands, the Singapore Halloween Festival 2017 is a must-visit to get your horror fix while still keeping it family-friendly.
This year’s iteration will be held at Wild Wild Wet at Downtown East, making this the first Halloween event to ever be held in a water park! We’ve picked out some of the frightful activities you can look forward to that’ll have you going “double, double toil and trouble”.
Keep a lookout for greedy monsters attempting to steal your candy!

Ever watched a horror movie chase sequence and thought “Well, I can run faster than that.”? Well, now’s your chance to prove it at Panic in the Park!
The event consists of two runs:
For the Frenzy Race, think of yourself as Usain Bolt in the Mario universe as you speed across Pasir Ris Park to Wild Wild Wet while dodging ghouls along the way. They’ll be going after your “soul tags”, which will be given to participants at the start at the race. Complete the run with at least one tag remaining and win the Survivor Medal.
Your little tykes won’t miss out on the action with the kid-friendly Pumpkin Dash, where they’ll be taking their trick-or-treat game to the next level. All your munchkins need to do is to trick ghouls along the route and be treated to yummy candies.

Here are all the best things to do this weekend in Singapore.
Just an hour away from KL!
Taichung is only an hour by High Speed Rail from Taipei or Taoyuan station.
No more stressing over what to get your loved ones for Christmas.
Gone are the days when family photoshoots used to be boring and extra formal.
Meet new-to-Singapore species as well.
