The refreshing concoction contains seasonal fruits, dressed with sour cream, honey and orange juice for a sweet and tangy finish.
If you fancy something a little more carb-heavy, go for the Smoked Duck Pasta ($55, feeds 5-6 pax): tender slices of duck breast are tossed in light yet flavourful olive oil together with crisp bell peppers.
