There’s A Lesser-Known Rooftop Pickleball Court Overlooking Marina Bay & Here’s How You Can Play

One Fullerton rooftop pickleball court

Move over rooftop bars, Singapore just got a new elevated way to get your sweat on. The Fullerton Hotels have quietly launched a rooftop pickleball court with water views over Marina Bay, and it’s slowly turning heads among active folks.

Where is this rooftop pickleball court located?

Tucked atop One Fullerton and accessible via The Fullerton Hotel or Fullerton Bay Hotel, this court is not your run-of-the-mill covered gym room.

It’s an open-air rooftop court, offering sweeping views of the waterfront, city skyline reflections, and the calm of the bay as your backdrop.

Who can book this rooftop pickleball court?

If you’re vacationing at The Fullerton Hotel or The Fullerton Bay Hotel, then simply make a booking online when you check in. Rates are $40/hour, including rental of pickleball paddles and balls.

Now, the question is whether non-staying hotel guests can play at the court. The answer is yes. You can still book, but only if you commit to a minimum spend of $20 at hotel-operated outlets. This includes dining at one of the hotels’ F&B establishments, booking a treatment at The Fullerton Spa, or making a purchase at The Fullerton Shop.

What else do you need to know before booking the court?

Take note that court bookings are for a minimum of 1 hour. In wet weather, sessions will be rescheduled, and no refunds will be made. Take good care of the paddles and balls rented from the hotel, as damaged or lost equipment may incur a $200 penalty.

It’s open daily from 7am to 6pm, and players are expected to don comfortable sportswear and non-marking court shoes.

Lastly, bookings are essential as slots are limited, and lessons or bookings must be made by 6pm the day before. Simply contact the Facilities team at +65 6733 8388 or email tfs.concierge@fullertonhotels.com.

Tips for booking & playing

  • Reserve early. With limited open-air slots, they’ll go fast.
  • Time it right. Morning or late afternoon are best, both for cooler temps and prettier light across the bay.
  • Dress smart. Wear light activewear and non-marking shoes only.
  • Maximise your $20 spend. If you’re not a hotel guest, factor in your minimum spend into your plans. The $20 threshold is modest, but just enough to encourage some indulgence. Plan a light meal, dessert, spa add-on, or souvenir to fulfill the requirement.
  • Plan a double date. Pickleball is most fun as a doubles game, and you’ll all get to soak in the stunning view.

Book the One Fullerton rooftop pickleball court for a fresh twist on waterfront leisure

Singapore’s skyline is already legendary, but there are very few active-sport spaces that let you take in that view mid-game. This rooftop court gives you a shot of cardio plus scenery – perfect for social media bragging rights and a novel way to experience the Civic District.
