While claw machines have been around for a long time, there’s no doubt that their lore has resurfaced in recent years especially when it came to getting your hands on a Labubu. This fun yet addictive game draws you in with attractive prizes and keeps you playing with the hopes of winning a prize.
If you’ve already tried out all the different claw machine spots in Singapore, hop over to JB and challenge your claw machine skills at Meow Space, a huge claw machine store with over 100 claw machines that just opened on 1st November 2024.
The current exchange rate is S$1 = ~RM3.30 as of 21st November 2024.

Meow Space is located at Giant Plentong, a mall in JB that’s just about 20 minutes away from the JB checkpoint by car.

To get started, you’ll first have to get tokens from their token exchange machine that accepts notes from RM10 above. RM1 is equivalent to 1 token with each play on the claw machines here only requiring 1 token.
At Meow Space, you’ll mainly be able to grab all kinds of snacks from childhood favourites like Super Rings to Cup Rice by Hai Di Lao.
And while you’d typically expect to see plush toys, snacks, drinks, or the occasional high-end figurine up for grabs in claw machines, here they carry additional unusual prizes like toothpaste and detergent which makes stocking up on home supplies a fun experience.

If you’re not one for snacks and tidbits, you can opt to exchange the snacks and drinks you’ve won from the claw machines for gold coins. Exchange 5 items for 1 gold coin, though do take note of items that are not exchangeable which would be indicated on the machine.
By accumulating these gold coins, you can save up for some cool prizes like smartphones, JBL speakers, and even highly sought-after Popmart Labubu figurines.

To get free lucky spins, fill up the trolley given to you with snacks. For 1 chance, you’ll have to fill the trolley up by at least half and for 2 spins, fill the trolley all the way to the brim until it covers the logo inside.
From what we’ve heard, the prizes to be won include items like water bottles and plushies just to name a few. Plus, the snacks you have caught are still yours to keep.
If you’re sick of rigged claw machines that leave you frustrated, head to Meow Space in JB and give their claw machines a whirl where you likely won’t leave empty-handed. Located inside a mall, you can conveniently grab food or go shopping as well after becoming a claw master.
