Greenhouse Sunday Champagne Brunch

Ritz-Carlton Greenhouse Truffle Vintage Champagne Brunch

The Champagne Sunday Brunch at The Ritz-Carlton is back! This year their Truffle Vintage Champagne Sunday Brunch will be held till November 17, 2013. It’s a novel concept as it’s not often you get to see buffets in Singapore paired with a Champagne element.

Yes, guests can treat themselves to unlimited vintage Möet & Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2004, Moët & Chandon NV Rosé Champagnes and various cocktails. This is along with their usual wide seafood and Asian spread, their new Oktoberfest station and a selection of autumn-inspired desserts.

Because of the Champagne, their buffet is priced at premium at $168++. So it really caters to a specific type of guest who would appreciate quality champagne to go with their leisurely brunch.

We were there at our recent staycation at the Ritz-Carlton and you can see a bit of Chloe & Greenhouse in this video below!

Highlights of the Brunch

Highlights include a live truffle-shaving presentation, enhanced crustacean selection, a carving station featuring Truffled Jumbo Quail and a 24-hour Roasted ‘Mayura Station’ Wagyu Leg.

Guests may also enjoy brunch classics such as , sushi and sashimi, charcuterie, foie gras, cheese and desserts. Was really impressed by their cheese station because I have never seen such enormous variety on display before. There were over 50 types of different cheeses to choose from!

Ritz-Carlton’s Truffle Vintage Champagne Brunch runs for just two more weeks, till November 17, 2013.
