Food and dinosaurs – a combination of 2 things your little one probably loves. If you can’t get enough of Changi Jurassic Mile, Gardens by the Bay is planning to take us back to the prehistoric days too, with the upcoming Jurassic Nest Food Hall.
Opening on 18th November 2022, this themed food court will whisk families millions of years back, with installations like an animatronic T-Rex and even a towering 5m-tall Brachiosaurus.

Not just a hi-bye photo op, the Jurassic Nest Food Hall will feature an immersive dining experience with 18 dinosaur statues surrounding you while you enjoy your meal. Look around the lush green setting to spot T-Rexes and Oviraptors that move – a feature that’s sure to thrill the kids.
Since it’s a dining establishment, entry to Jurassic Nest Food Hall is free. All you need to do is pay for is your meal, with prices starting from $8.80 – pretty affordable considering the location. This will also be the first food hall in Singapore with more than 50% of its stores being Michelin-rated food brands.

Tuck into food from 4 Michelin-rated culinary brands such as Hawker Chan, Tsuta, Bismillah Biryani, and Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang. There’ll even be a cafe serving salads, pastas, sandwiches, waffles, ice cream, and desserts.
According to Marriam Webster, a “dinosaur” can refer to an outdated fogey. Not these OG dinosaurs – they may be literally extinct but they’re still well-loved among the lot of us who enjoy a dose of age-old history.
With affordable but good food and Avatar: The Experience happening right next door, this also makes a clever date spot. At the very least the animatronic dinosaurs will make a good conversation starter.
