Four Points Singapore’s Christmas Staycation Comes With Free Booze & Discounted Buffets For Your Squad

Christmas getaway at Four Points by Sheraton Singapore

When it comes to celebrating Christmas with your best buds, the usual gatherings with Secret Santa and home-cooked potluck – or pizza delivery – come to mind.

This year-end, though, switch it up a little with your squad by having an X’mas staycay at Four Points by Sheraton Singapore. They’ve got free booze for weekend stays, a Christmas Buffet spread that ranges from grilled lobsters to traditional baked ham, and exclusive festive cocktails – basically an all-in-one stop for some much-deserved partying.

Psst..DBS cardholders and Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) members also get to enjoy 20% off their buffets, turkey roasts and log cakes, so read on to find out more – you might just be the lucky winner of a free staycation!

Get free alcoholic homebrews worth $32 with your room

As part of the hotel’s Bed & Brew Special, a weekend staycay at any room – Executive Suite, Suite, Premium, or Deluxe – will get you 2 FREE glasses of ice-cold Tall Tale Pale Ale (worth $16 each) each night.

Crafted to match well with the bar bites served at their resident bar, the Tall Tale is a light homebrew with a refreshing citrus zest and no bitter aftertaste. Even those who aren’t fans of beer will find it delightful!

Instead of squeezing on the bed, your squad can also lounge on the bay window sofa when playing games

Opt for the suites if you’ve a large clique of more than 6 people – they’re twice as spacious as the Premium and Deluxe. Besides, they also come with a snazzy coffee machine, and gorgeous views of the Singapore River and city skyline.

The complimentary Handy Smartphone

But here’s the highlight of all rooms – a handy smartphone that guests can use both inside and outside the hotel, which means free unlimited data for that weekend!

Note: Each room can only hold 2 adults and 1 child.

Enjoy 20% off your festive feast at Four Points Eatery’s Christmas Buffet

Here’s one for all of you reluctant to cook up that massive holiday spread – get your festive feast sorted out at Four Points Eatery when you stay over on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day itself, with its special Christmas Buffet that’ll feature at least 5 new dishes.

If you have limited stomach space, make a beeline for the Seafood Jambalaya, Baked Salmon, and Roasted Pork

New Orleans Seafood Jambalaya

Spicy enough to give a kick that we Singaporeans dig, the New Orleans Seafood Jambalaya’s flavourful rice is neither too sticky nor dry, and comes with a generous heap of prawns, mussels, and squid that will satisfy even the most ravenous eater of your group.

Baked Salmon with Pomegranate Tapenade and Roasted Tomato Vierge

Most will agree that salmon is best eaten raw à la sashimi, but the Baked Salmon with Pomegranate Tapenade and Roasted Tomato Vierge might change your mind with its refreshing combination of creamy, savoury, and tangy flavours.

Roasted Pork with Sage and Apple Calvados Brandy Cream

Before your tummy gets filled up, help yourself to some Roasted Pork with Sage and Apple Calvados Brandy Cream, where our local favourite sio bak meets apple brandy cream. Each tender slice of meat was about 2 fingers’ thick, with perfectly crisp and golden brown skin.

Bonus: DBS cardholders and SPG members get up to 20% off their total bill! But to really live it up, head to their Christmas Day Brunch from 11.30AM – 3PM to enjoy their Oyster Bar and free flow Prosecco and Moscato.

Note: Discount is valid up to 10 adult diners per bill.

Make merry with Christmas cocktails and bar bites at The Best Brew

No Christmas gathering is complete without drinks, so head down to the hotel’s resident bar The Best Brew. While you can’t get the traditional eggnog, you won’t be missing it at all with these specially concocted Christmas cocktails for you and your gang to knock yourselves out with.

The Raspberry Rudolph cocktail on the left, and The Grinch cocktail on the right.

For those with a sweet tooth, go for The Grinch ($14), a strikingly green drink that’s not as bitter as its titular character – in fact, it tastes almost like ice cream soda. And if you’re a fan of all things sour, the Raspberry Rudolph ($15) will be right up your alley.

The “ice kachang” cocktail replaces the traditional evaporated milk with Baileys

But the real showstopper of The Best Brew is this – the Bailey’s Kachang ($16) that’s an incredibly addictive mixture of red beans, sweet corn, Baileys, and pomegranate.

The Best Brew has also just unveiled some new bar bites – Devilled Wings ($12) with a super spicy dipping sauce made of spices like chilli padi and sriracha, Luncheon Meat Chips ($10), and Poached Hainanese Chicken Sandwich ($12)

Rest assured that the bar’s take on our favourite hawker fare works just as well as the Nasi Lemak Burger that swept us all off our feet.
