Good news for all badminton enthusiasts – Forum Tebrau offers 12 indoor badminton courts, so you’ll never have to worry about waiting for a turn or having an odd one out. Just book an extra court and rally your friends for a full-on match session.

If you’ve got a big group, courts 1 and 2 are perfect as they’re side by side, so everyone can stay close. Smaller groups can go for courts 3 and 16 at slightly lower rates instead.

Yes, just in case you plan to have an impromptu pickleball match during your JB trip. You can rent sports equipment at RM7 (~S$2.15) for a badminton racquet; RM5 (~S$1.53) for a basketball; RM3 (~S$0.92) for a table tennis paddle and ball; and RM5 (~S$1.53) and RM2 (~S$0.61) for a pickleball paddle and ball, respectively.
Treat the rental equipment like your own, as damaged racquets, paddles, or balls will incur charges starting from RM8 (~S$2.45) and up to RM100 (~S$30.68)
Forum Tebrau is located on the 4th floor of Toppen Shopping Centre. The easiest way to get there is by car – the ride will take about 20 minutes from JB Sentral. Look out for Hush Puppies on the 1st floor, then take the escalator near Daiso on Level 2. Walk towards The Parenthood on Level 3, turn left, then go up the escalator. You’ll see Forum Tebrau on your left.
For those arriving via public transport, take the Maju 227 bus from JB Sentral and alight at IKEA Johor. From there, it should be a 1-minute walk to IKEA Tebrau – take the escalator by the yellow entrance up to the 4th floor, and you should see the entrance to Forum Tebrau.
Forum Tebrau is open till 2am daily, so you can squeeze in a late-night game even after your JB supper run. Plus, they are offering 3 hours of free parking with any court booking – a perk that makes your trip here even more worth it.
