If you’re a true fan, it’ll be easy for you to recognise the Golden Temple inside as you hurtle through to protect the Golden Banana from the Tiki Tak Tribe. And, when we say hurtling, we mean it – you’ll be getting blasted out of a barrel to kickstart the ride.

For a more interactive experience, the Power-Up Band Challenges will have you scurrying around the park looking for 3 keys to recover the stolen Golden Mushroom.

All of this leads up to an epic battle with Bowser Jr, our famed antagonist and thief-in-question.

You can collect giant letters using power-up bands (¥4,200) that link up to your phone that will also allow you to track your game progress.
