First Look At The Disney Cruise Line-Themed Changi Festive Village 2025: Exclusive Merch, Photo Ops, Mascots & Activities

Disney Cruise Line-themed Changi Festive Village

The Disney Cruise Line may only reach our shores next March, but here’s some exciting news to get us Disney fans pumped up – Changi Airport has been completely Disney-fied for Changi Festive Village 2025; with Disney Cruise Line-themed character photo spots, showcases, and even a chance to meet and greet Captain Mickey and Minnie Mouse in the flesh.

BTW, the installations are scattered throughout multiple airport terminals and Jewel, so we’re not kidding when we say Disney’s completely taken over Changi. Here’s everything magical to anticipate:

What to expect at the Disney Cruise Line-themed Changi Festive Village?

This year’s Disney-themed Changi Festive Village will feature everything from photo ops to DIY craft activities, a mini carnival, and showcases. Here are our favourite highlights:

Disney Cruise Line-themed photo ops

Strike a pose in Ariel’s clam, located at Terminal 3, B2.

As mentioned, Changi Airport has transformed into an Instagrammable paradise, with Disney-themed photo spots stretching across Terminals 1, 2, 3, and Jewel.

A chunk of photo spots are located at T3, including life-sized installations of beloved characters like Moana, Ariel, and Nemo at B2.

You’ll see Moana first, gracing T3’s ST3PS, while Ariel and Nemo are tucked away in a separate underwater-themed installation inspired by Disney Adventure cruise ship’s Disney Discovery Reef.

Then, head upstairs to T3’s departure hall, where you’ll see an eye-catching 6.5m-tall cruise ship installation.

Surrounding it are 4 storybook-themed photo spots inspired by areas on the Disney Adventure ship, once again featuring fan fave characters like Elsa and Snow White.

The trail of photo spots don’t end here – head over to Jewel for more cute photo ops by the Rain Vortex and Canopy Park.

At the Rain Vortex, you’ll see intricate topiaries of Captain Mickey and Minnie, as well as a giant 16m-tall Christmas tree at the entrance of the Forest Valley.

Meanwhile, Canopy Park on level 5 has also been decked to the nines with adorable installations like Toy Story statues, stained-glass artworks of Disney princesses, and a mini ship featuring Duffy the Disney bear.

While you’ll usually have to purchase tickets (from $6/pax for Singaporeans) to enter Canopy Park, you’ll be able to enter FOC on weekends in November if you come dressed in Disney-inspired fits.

If you’ve still got some time, don’t put your cameras away just yet. Head over to T1 and T2 for pictures with Baymax, Duffy the Disney bear, ShellieMay, and StellaLou.

For ease of reference, here’s a quick overview of where to find each installation listed above:

Disney-themed carnival at T3

Near the 6.5m-tall ship installation at T3, you’ll find a mini carnival space packed with all sorts of tempting Disney plushies to win from claw machines and game booths.

You’ll have to use carnival tokens to play the games here; 5 tokens can be redeemed with a minimum spend of $50 in Changi Airport public areas, or $60 in arrival areas.

Alternatively, take part in the airport’s ongoing Disney Cruise Line-themed stamp rally. Collect all 7 stamps at various locations around the airport, and you’ll be able to redeem 10 carnival tokens.

DIY tote bags, notebooks & mugs

For an affordable keepsake, check out the Stitch Ohana Grill-themed pop-up at T3, near the photo spots at B2.

Here, you’ll get to customise a Disney Cruise Line travel journal, tote bag, or mug from scratch. This includes picking out your fave character graphics to slap onto your DIY project, and finishing it off with cruise-themed doodles with the stencils and fabric markers provided on-site.

As with the carnival, you’ll have to spend a minimum of $50 in Changi Airport public areas or $60 in arrival areas to gain entry to this pop-up.

The travel journals will be redeemable for free with the above minimum spend, while tote bags and ceramic mugs cost $3.50 extra.
