Singaporeans have embraced two main habits during this Circuit Breaker: going online for every purpose imaginable, and getting meals delivered right to your doorstep. And now, you can have the best of both worlds – with a virtual delivery from Deliveroo on Animal Crossing!
50 lucky players will stand a chance to get a package delivered right to their islands by Deliveroo’s adorable uniform-clad riders – just like IRL. To receive this special package for yourself, read on to find out how.
On 30th May 2020 (Saturday), pay close attention to Deliveroo’s Facebook page. They’ll be releasing their Animal Crossing post at 11AM sharp, and only the swiftest 50 players who comment their interest on it will get the package – so be sure to keep those digits warmed up and ready.
If you get a FB message from the Deliveroo team after that, congrats! Their adorable little package is on its way to your Animal Crossing island. Make sure you read the message carefully, as it’ll contain a queue number and approximate delivery time for you to take note of.
Players won’t know what the entire package entails before receiving them, but expect a bunch of virtual treats as well as Deliveroo promo codes that can be used to offset meal costs IRL.
We get it – not all of us play Animal Crossing. But that doesn’t mean you’re left out, because Deliveroo still has something in store for you – by having a free Nintendo Switch up for grabs.
Here’s what you need to do to win. Order any ‘Family Bundles’ deal on the app, and key in the promo code ‘SNATCHASWITCH’ during checkout. The more you order, the higher your chances of winning – so take this opportunity to snag a meal for your whole fam for the next few days.
Receiving surprise packages is always fun, and for Animal Crossing players, you can experience that in-game with Deliveroo’s in-game virtual delivery.
Remember – it’s all going down on their Facebook page, so be sure to keep an eye on it to ensure you don’t miss out. For non-players, no worries – you can still join in the hype with a chance to win a free Nintendo Switch.
