If you’ve heard of “Broadway Beng!” and “KUMAR: What makes a Man a Man?” then you’re probably familiar with the works of dream academy productions. They’re on a mission to support local talents to expand Singapore as a cultural city, making theater accessible and affordable to all Singaporeans.
Their latest production “Crazy Christmas Ting Tong Belles” will see the return of Singapore’s favourite trio, the Dim Sum Dollies, consisting of Selena Tan, Pam Oei and Denise Tan. I am sure all Singaporeans remember the train is coming MRT jingle!
It’s that time of year when the world falls in love…. Crazy in Love with Christmas this year as our many “Ting Tong Belles” Selena Tan, Pam Oei, Judee Tan, Mina Kaye, Glory Ngim, Petrina Kow, Seong Hui Xuan & Denise Tan come together to sing, dance, laugh and love their hearts out.
All girls? Ok .. ok … so Sebastian Tan manages to crash this party as a “Broad”way Beng and Kumar’s always game for a little elvish fun, so you know you’re in for a fantastic time! From trishaw sleigh rides to Frosty’s pet gripes, from girly crushes to Candy Crushers, from Jingle Bells to Ting Tong Belles – it’s the year end favourite that’s sure to get you singing and laughing all the way Ho! Ho! Home from the Esplanade.
