CP Launches 10 New Sausages and Cold Cuts

10 New Cold Cuts and Sausages by CP

World Cup season is upon us, and that means lots of late nights glued to your TV screen as you cheer on your favourite team. I don’t know about you, but when I find myself up late at night watching TV, snacking is mandatory.

The interesting thing about the 10 new Cold Cuts and Sausages by CP is that they’re packed in easily microwaveable bags. All you have to do is pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and your sausages will be ready to eat.

You can choose to have the sausages as they are or make a sandwich out of the pre-sliced cold cuts. I also think the sausages are great as pizza toppings. What I would suggest is having a World Cup viewing party where everyone can make their own mini pizza during half time!

These bite-sized Japanese Classic Pork Sausages ($3.60) are a perfect choice for finger food when you’re feeling peckish. The meat is chunky and seasoned with ginger and white pepper, making it different from your usual sausage. Their Shoyu Sausages ($3.60) are another unique addition to their line-up, and are made with top quality meat marinated in soy sauce.

The new cold cuts available are the Jumbo Bologna ($2.35), Chilli Bologna ($2.20) and Chicken Sandwich ($2.20). Personally I don’t think these look all that appetizing in the packet, but put them in a toaster with a slice of bread and some cheese, and I’ll take 3.

If you’re craving a smokey flavour but don’t want to fire up your barbecue pit, try the Smoked Chicken Frankfurters ($2.20) or the Smoked Chicken Cocktails ($2.35). I also enjoyed their Cheese Sausages ($2.20) which are stuffed with cheddar cheese that oozes out of the sausage from the first bite.

Purchasing CP Sausages and Cold Cuts

CP Jumbo Bologna, Smoked Chicken Cocktail and Pizza Cocktails are sold exclusively at 7-Eleven outlets, while the remaining items are available at all major supermarkets islandwide.
