Gardens by the Bay (GBTB) has officially defrosted for the holidays. Christmas Wonderland 2025 has returned to our city from 29th November 2025 to 1st January 2026 – and this year’s event is shaping up to be even larger than before. Expect to enjoy carnival rides, a hot air balloon, tasty Christmas treats, and the return of the iconic Spalliera, complete with faux snow. Here’s all you need to know to have a grand time:
Christmas Wonderland is Singapore’s largest Christmas celebration, taking place every year at GBTB since 2014. During this event, the Supertree Grove is illuminated with large-scale light installations amidst snowflakes to bring a true white Christmas to our tropical town. Besides visiting Snow City for actual snow, this annual event might be the next best thing for you to catch “snow” in Singapore.
This year, Christmas Wonderland is set to expand beyond Supertree Grove to The Meadow, bringing more space, more lights, and more entertainment for kids and adults alike.
Ticket prices for Christmas Wonderland 2025 vary by date, but in all cases, children younger than 3 get to go in for free. Note that when booking, you’ll be required to pick a time slot for entry into the event: either 6.30pm to 7.30pm, 7.30pm to 8.30pm, 8.30pm to 9.30pm, or 9.30pm to 10pm.
If you get your tickets on Trip.com, there’s a 1-for-1 flash sale from now till stocks run out, so you get 2 tickets for $15.
| Date | Adult (Advance Purchase) | Adult (Same Day Purchase) | Child (3–9 years old) |
| $9 | $11 | $7 |
| $11 | $13 | |
| $13 | $15 |

The star of the show at Christmas Wonderland 2025 has got to be the 20m-tall Spalliera, now in a luminous new design. This massive light display was handmade by artisans in Puglia, Italy, and will light up the whole festival with its 90,000 light bulbs.

Huddle up inside the Spalliera for the Garden Rhapsody Light & Sound Show with Blizzard Time – a truly magical experience of faux snowfall amidst classic Christmas songs. The view looks straight out of a Christmas movie, if you’re not too busy snapping photos to enjoy it. Catch the show at 7.45pm, 8.45pm, and 9.35pm every night.

Besides the highlight of the festival, there’s also other larger-than-life light installations scattered across the venue that you should keep an eye out for. Count the number of golden reindeer at Enchanted Blooms, watch snowflakes and light projections at Snowflake Avenue, and meet life-sized Christmas creatures at the Gingerbread Walk.
They may not be as flashy as the Spalliera, but that also means a lower chance of getting photobombed by other festival-goers.
Jump on the Wonderland Express train and arrive at The Meadow. No festival will be complete without a carnival, so expect the return of fun rides and games that both grown-ups and little ones can participate in.

Impress your friends at the booths featuring traditional games such as Ring Toss and Snowball Cannon. Who knows, you might be able to bring home a cute plushie as a prize.
Though, do take note that the passes for carnival games and rides are sold separately.

And if you need to grab a last-minute present, just head on down to Mistletoe Alley for some holiday-themed gifts. Shop things like jewellery, clothes, and hand-painted goods.
Those too old for carnival games need not fret, either. Adults can get into the holiday spirit at the Hendrick’s Hot Air Balloon Bar, complete with Hendrick’s iconic hot air balloon and limited-edition cocktails.

Be the first to step through the Christmas Pyramid as it makes its debut in Singapore. This 16-m tall structure is inspired by the traditional Christmas decor in Germany, and is filled with merry gingerbread men, elves, and snowmen to take selfies with.

Walk on over to Merry Lane, where the popular Walk of Lights will make its return. Venture through the 50-m tunnel to be mesmerised by 50,000 colour-changing light bulbs.
In the centre of the fairground lies the Coca-Cola Village, where you can expect more games, huts, and prizes to win.
Whether you’re here for the lights, the food, or just to pretend that you’re in a European Christmas market, Christmas Wonderland 2025 is a Singaporean festive staple that’s worth the visit. Just remember to bring a camera and dress comfortably, because it’s about to snow in Singapore again.
