We’re already in the final months of the year, but we’ve already caught wind of what 2025 has in store for us, events-wise. This one’s a fan favourite too; Artbox 2025 will be ushering us into the new year with 600 F&B and retail vendors within its funky premises.
Here’s a sneak peek of ARTBOX EVERYDAY 2025 which is coming to you next January, from a roving art gallery in the form of a bus ride, to having chess matches in a void deck replica.
What last year’s edition of Artbox looked like.
Artbox Singapore is an annual creative festival which features works from local and international artists alike, along with game and food stalls to enjoy. It was conceived in Thailand in 2014, where shipping containers were distinctly used to house its street market booths and also made for picturesque backdrops to snap away at.
2025’s edition of Artbox, ARTBOX EVERYDAY, will be held at Singapore Expo Hall 4 over 2 weekends – 17th-19th and 24th-26th January 2025. You can get your tickets right now, from Trip.com’s website. Snag them for a discounted early bird price which starts from $5/pax, while walk-in prices begin at $7/pax.
This year, ARTBOX EVERYDAY has a theme of ubiquity; that art can be found everywhere as we go about our day-to-day routines. As such, expect recreations of familiar scenes of your everyday life, such as bus commutes, visits to a convenience store, and a good ol’ lepak sesh at the void deck.
Foodies and shopaholics alike can rejoice, as the main draw of ARTBOX EVERYDAY will be the sheer amount of F&B and retail booths to visit. There’ll be almost 300 booths to stop by – a 40% increase from last year’s festival, featuring vendors from countries such as Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
Food-wise, be prepared to feast on a plethora of street food. We’re not sure what kind of delicacies you can find, but if Artbox 2024 was anything to go by, you’ll be able to snack on grub such as mentaiko fries, tacos stuffed with exquisite fillings, and mala served in a bucket. Wash everything down with cold brews, which include espresso beers and freshly dispensed draft from Chang Beer.
You’ll also be able to bring home clothes, accessories, and other small trinkets crafted by talented artists from all over Asia. In particular, do swing by the ARTBOX Convenience Store, which will feature exclusive products designed by prominent local artists.
Nearby, the ARTBOX Void Deck will be hosting a battle of wits, in the form of chess matches organised by the Aliwal Chess Club. It’ll also be home to a slew of other interactive activities, mirroring its IRL counterpart by becoming a lively communal space.

Over at the ARTBOX Post Office, visitors can belt out the latest hits at open mic sessions powered by Teo Heng KTV Studio, whose set-up features state-of-the-art systems for a killer karaoke bout. For those with little ones, swing by the new child enrichment centre, where the tots can have a go at speech and drama classes and interactive T-shirt doodling sessions.
They’ve even got transport to the festival covered, with their swanky new ARTBOX Express bus. Round trips to the ARTBOX EVERYDAY will begin at *SCAPE and will cost just $0.50 for ticket holders, and it’s by no means an ordinary commute too.
Artbox has teamed up with contemporary art and design group PHUNK Collective, so each bus stop along the way will play host to street performances and immersive art installations.
They’re also the ones responsible for sprucing up the ARTBOX Estate installation near the festival’s entrance, an artistic rendition of neighbourhood life in Singapore which is bound to be a hotspot for IG stories.
If you’re an aspiring artist yourself, then be sure to drop by the ARTBOX Lounge. It’s a dedicated space for like-minded creatives to network, potentially fostering opportunities for collaborations amongst creators from all over the globe.
For a blast to the past, The Arcade People will be setting up shop at ARTBOX EVERYDAY once again; head down with your mates to beat their high scores at nostalgic arcade cabinets. If you’re truly feeling lucky, we’ve gotten word that attendees will have the chance to win an electric vehicle in the form of a Dongfeng Box EV by Volt Auto mobile, valued at over $90,000.
As CNY’s also happening particularly early next year, those looking for an extra festive January in 2025 can consider heading down for ARTBOX EVERYDAY. With so much to eat and do at this lively art festival, you’ll definitely be starting the new year on the right foot.
