Take your time to have dinner first, or even drop by in the middle of the night during those days where you just can’t fall asleep. In no time at all, you’ll have a physique worthy of a buff Singles Inferno 3 contestant.


1. GoFit – Classes run by AI-based trainers & HIIT-dedicated zone

GoFit has everything you need to crush your workout, no matter if you’re a newbie or a muscle machine. Level up your fitness game with all sorts of equipment from treadmills and free weights to squat racks and pull-up bars at any time of the day.

GoFit has a dedicated HIIT zone called SuperCircuit. Over here, just follow the steps – all corresponding to the numbers on the equipment, complete with timers – to do a 30-minute workout that’s akin to having an automated personal trainer.

If you don’t need that much equipment but just a space to do your workout, book a slot at their MyGoZone with virtual classes with AI-based fitness trainers – exclusive for members. Each outlet offers a range of distinct features. For example, GoFit City Hall has a stretch therapy corner for those tight muscles pre- and post-workout, while GoFit Great World has an outdoor area for boxing and muay thai training.

You don’t have to worry about the key card replacement fees and unnecessary extra costs because you can book classes and access the gym by just using their free GoFit App.

2. MSFIT GYM – A women-only gym with a rooftop pool

This iron jungle is packed with all the equipment you’ll need for cardio, lifts, and squats for that bubble butt. 5. The Gym Pod – No memberships required


Exercising in a shipping container is what you’ll be doing at The Gym Pod, Singapore’s first container gym. The space may look small, but it holds quite a number of equipment such as a treadmill, smith machine, and a whole rack of dumbbells.

Crowd control won’t be an issue because at any given point, only 3 people are allowed in the gym, and bookings for various time slots will have to be made in advance. Currently, there are more than 40 pods islandwide, including one that’s a 2-minute walk from one-north MRT station, and another that’s a stone’s throw away from Pasir Ris Beach.

6. Dennis Gym – Equipment for powerlifting

If you’re into powerlifting, check out Dennis Gym, which was opened by a former bodybuilder. There are 6 Dennis Gym outlets, with locations including Tampines and Jurong, and all of them come complete with an extensive range of weights and stations specifically for powerlifting.

This includes a squat rack, smith machines, and bench press stations in addition to having an entire rack of barbells and dumbells.

11. The Gym – Has lockers & showers

They do have the standard dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks and smith machines, as well as ellipticals and treadmills for cardio.
