But when it comes to wallet-friendly karaoke places, Teo Heng is practically a household name, known for its affordable room rates and no-frills concept. Soon, you’ll have one more venue to add to your list, as Teo Heng KTV is opening its newest outlet at Punggol Coast Mall on 1st August 2026.
4 room types to choose from

The new outlet will offer 4 room types, giving groups of all sizes a chance to sing. The usual Small, Medium, and Large Rooms will be available.
However, the Punggol Coast Mall outlet will also have an exclusive addition – the Medium Plus Room, which sits between the Medium and Large Room sizes. It’s designed for groups that need a little more space without having to book the largest room.

Unlike most Teo Heng outlets where rooms are surrounded by 4 walls, some rooms at the new Punggol Coast Mall outlet come with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Depending on your luck, you might get to sing your heart out while enjoying views of the lush greenery around Punggol Digital District, along with its futuristic architecture in the background. The Teo Heng website doesn’t state which rooms will come with these views, but if you happen to snag one, it’ll definitely make your KTV session feel more special.

The only catch? These rooms might not be for the shy ones. Passers-by may be able to peek in, so those who prefer a more private performance might want to request for the regular rooms.

Another plus point about Teo Heng is that you don’t have to worry about going hungry during your singing session. There are no restrictions on outside food, so you can bring in your own snacks and drinks – as long as they’re non-alcoholic.
And if you find yourself getting thirsty after screaming too many high notes, canned drinks are available at just $1 each.
You’ll also have plenty of takeaway options nearby at Punggol Coast Mall, from fast food like McDonald’s to bubble tea like Playmade.
