Yao Wen Long

Yao Wen Long was born in Malaysia on the 14th of November, 1970. He first appeared onscreen via a 1993 televised competition in Singapore; Star Search. He emerged as the victor for the aforementioned competition. He has been casted in numerous local drama shows thereafter.

Recently, Yao Wen Long was featured in the local drama called 'Soup Of Life'. 

Additionally, he attained the 'Best Supporting Actor' and 'Most Popular Newcomer' awards from the 2001 and 1994 Star Awards ceremony respectively. He was nominated once again, under the 'Best Supporting Actor' category, in 2008. This was due to his performance in 'The Little Nyonya'.

Apart from acting, Yao Wen Long can also be seen in sitcoms like 'My Genie'.
