Leon Jay Williams was born on the 30th of July 1976. He was a Singaporean Eurasian. He was originally a model. He was also known as Mr. International Man and Mr. Singapore. He migrated to the entertainment industry based at China, as both an actor and singer soonafter. 

His acting repertoir is mainly comprised of dramas and movies based in Taiwan. He rocketed to fame after featuring in dramas like 'Green Forest', 'My Heaven's Wedding Gown' and 'My Home'.
