Adidas & TaylorMade

One of the biggest golf manufacturers in the world today, Adidas&Taylormade is a subsidiary of Adidas. It was started by Gary Adams in 1979 and was independently owned up until 1984 when Salomon S. A. acquired the company. TaylorMade was later bought over by Adidas in 1997. The leading golf apparel label has seen its success much due to the technologies of "ClimaCool" and "3D Fit Foam", research resources by Adidas.
