Woodgrove Primary School

Woodgrove Primary School commenced operations in January 1999, using the classrooms of Woodlands Ring Primary School. There were 360 pupils in nine Primary 1 (P1) classes. In March, there was an addition of one more P1, four P2 and three P3 classes, bringing the total to 17 classes with an enrolment of 660 pupils. The school officially moved to its present premises on 5 September 1999. In January 2000, due to popular demand, enrolment swelled to 1429 pupils in 37 classes of P1 to P5 levels. In January 2002, enrolment stood at 2400 pupils in 60 classes, operating in two sessions, with Primary 1, 3 & 5 in the afternoon session and Primary 2, 4 & 6 in the morning session. In 2005, the enrolment stands at 2567 pupils in 69 classes.
