CapitaMall Trust

CapitaMall Trust (CMT ) is the first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT ) listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. They are also the largest REIT by market capitalisation and asset size in Singapore, with a market capitalisation and asset size of approximately S$6.4 billion and S$10.1 billion respectively as at 29 June 2012.

Basically they are an investment group that help manage investment funds based which is invested in real estate which is owned and managed by them. Their portfolio includes shopping malls like Raffles City, Junction 8, Bugis and Bugis+.
