The buzz about our pastries grew louder as we, in our pursuit for perfection, experimented with recipes, delivering more innovative, more indulgent and more scrumptious desserts to our customers. It wasn’t long before we became well known for our exquisite desserts. By 2000 it became obvious that the time was right to cater to the more up market palate. We expanded our menu to include a delicious range of entrees and main courses. Demand continued to grow and it soon became apparent that one Bakerzin just wasn’t enough for Singapore. We explored the option of franchising the brand, and before long, Bakerzin had strategically placed cafes around the island before venturing into the Asia Pacific region.
