This Mohamed Sultan Road stalwart checked itself into The Club Hotel in the Ann Siang Hill neighbourhood last year, bringing along its French-Vietnamese offerings. Named after the mountainous region of North Vietnam, the dual menu is French and Vietnamese and we suspect the pull is the latter option.
