As long-time wine lovers, The Wine Company had thought it a good idea to bring in some cases of wines for ourselves, and then sell some by the way. The initial idea was to create a cellar-door concept, where people could buy wines, try them and sit around and chat. Soon, they found themselves bustling around serving wine, making more friends, laugh, and then adding more finger food as requests for food poured in.
