Lau Phua Chay Roasted Duck

Lau Phua Chay stall at Alexandra is known for its roasted duck coated in a special homemade marinade of paste and malt. Most of the dishes have the sweet sauce incorporated into them, and are cooked in a Teochew style. The stall famous for its char siew, sio bak and of course, roasted duck.
