Pollen presents a fine-dining Mediterranean cuisine experience with one-Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton at the helm. It is located within the climate-controlled environment of the Flower Dome at Singapore's most anticipated attraction of 2012 - the Gardens by the Bay.
They also have a personalised buggy service from the arrival plaza to the restaurant exclusively for Pollen's guests during lunch and dinner hours.

I was the organiser and pinned down POLLEN as it is located within the Flower Dome of the Gardens By the Bay (where a few of us had not visited) and offered an interesting Mediterranean cuisine.
As i was early i was kindly directed to the second level where i took in the beautiful greenery of the Mediterranean garden
Prior to the dinner i was impressed that the staff went out of their way to arrange for special chocolate bars for the birthday girls after the dinner.
We were initially attended to by a most professional lady Captain. However when we were ready to order and mentioned we did not wish to order starters the young man assigned to our table was rather condescending and remarked we had to wait ..that left my friends livid.
I recommend the fish and beef ..but not the pork .. too oily.
We were invited to the Dessert counter after we had finished dinner. However my friends wanted to remain seated to chat . Unfortunately the Captain kept asking us to adjourn to the dessert counter-. which left us feeling irritated.
Shortly, we found out that there were other diners awaiting our table. We felt so unwelcome. It would be the first and last time we shall dine at POLLEN. We disliked the idea of moving from our dining table to the dessert counter..first time we encountered such an arrangement in a supposedly fine dining restaurant!!!!.
The buggy ride back to the main carpark proved interesting. We enjoyed the scenic view of the Marina Bay and the twinkling lights from the city proved a balm to our disappointing evening.
