Singapore-born, London-based fashion designer Ashley Isham’s latest venture at Orchard Central is a tea-coffee room called Parlour by Ashley Isham. Humble Beginnings bespoke cakes were especially handpicked by Ashley to cater to cake lovers out there. Famous for their Mille Crepe cakes, Ashley mentioned they remind him of patisseries in Paris, which are amazingly light and fresh. The customized delicacies consist of 6 different flavors; Swiss Chocolate Velvet, Peanut Blueberry, Oreo Cookies & Cream, French Vanilla, Mango Cheese and Apple Crumble Cheese. Occasionally, a new flavor will be added on to Parlour ‘s special menu for the patrons’ surprise treats. Along with the decadent desserts, Parlour encapsulates not only a range of exceptional flavors and aromatic coffees from Nespresso, but also appeal to the needs of discerning tea-lovers where a collection of finest teas by Twinnings is served. Inspired by the European culture, he came up with the idea of a café society concept to bring freshness and excitement to Singapore retail scene that was how Boutique and Parlour By Ashley Isham at Orchard Central came about.
