Tutti Frutti Froro
Tutti Frutti Froyo orginates from USA, it is a fun and interactive self serve frozen yogurt store where everybody has their own freedom to create the froyo of their dreams, sweet toppings and all. Their froyo comes in a large variety of flavors for you to pick from.
My usual is original flavor with oreo bits, but they have a whole range of candy, nuts and other sweet topping for you to choose from. Their yoghurt flavors are mainly fruit flavors like kiwi, blueberry, strawberry, lychee, mango and a few others. I tried kiwi once and it was quite interesting. It wasn't too sour, I'm guessing it's because of the sugar they add to their froyo.
Their froyo is much creamier than the icy kind that Frolick sells. They have the same concept as Sogurt, which is selling by weight, so you get to mix and match your flavors in a cup and take as much as you want! (as long as you pay for it of course) Tutti Fruti is my choice of dessert or snack, especially on a hot summer day in a place like Singapore!
If I remember correctly, the frozen yoghurt here is slightly cheaper than at Soghurt. The toppings available are more or less the same as other yoghurt chains: nuts, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and so on. The staff here are friendlier, too!
Despite having a sweet tooth, I found the yoghurt here slightly too sweet for my liking. It would be much better if it were less sweet!
The range of yogurt flavours available pales in comparison to Sogurt, but I have to say that their yogurt is more dense and rich, and seems more healthy when compared to Sogurt's sugary confections. They have a decent selection of toppings too, from fresh fruits to various nuts, marshmallows and syrups.
Tutti Frutti uses a weighing scale method to determine price, same as Sogurt. So the heavier your cup of yogurt, the more expensive it is. The relative price is comparable to other yogurt chains like Yami Yogurt. However, given the quality of their yogurt and the wide selection of toppings, I'd say that Tutti Frutti has become my favourite froyo chain.
The staff here are very friendly, especially when I had my first experience here. They allowed me to sample all the different types of yogurt, and told me how to estimate the weight of the yogurt. The only thing I have against Tutti Fruitti is that it is a little too sweet for my taste buds. Other than that, it is the quality you pay for.
