8Tarts N Pastries's roots derived from Hong Kong. It is a halal bakery that is renown for it's pastries and eggtarts. Their recipes includes methods like fusing creative inventions and retaining 'traditional' elements. 

It was officially formed in Singapore in 2002. The first outlet was at Jurong East. It branched out elsewhere thereafter, including areas at the Eastern side like Tampines Mall and Northern side; Causeway Point. It can also be found at Raffles City Shopping Centre. The aforementioned outlet was launched recently in 2013, November.
