Focus Pilates

We are an integrated Pilates studio and physiotherapy clinic who believe that everyone can reach their personal health and fitness goals and achieve their optimum state of health. At Focus Pilates we want to make sure that you not only heal your body of injuries, but also ensure that your body stays strong and flexible so that it can carry you through your day-to-day activities and the rest of your life. After all, your true age is not measured in years but by how flexible your spine is, so we want to make sure you stay young for as long as possible. Our approach is based on creating a Pilates and physiotherapy environment that focuses on effective and safe exercise and treatment to assist you in achieving your goals as fast and effectively as possible. We strive to ensure our instructors have industry leading knowledge and technique in order to provide you with the best level of instruction. We are well placed to do this as we are the proud host and appointed training centre for the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates Instructor Education Courses.
