UFIT Urban Fitness

UFIT is an urban fitness studio with a 360 degree approach to fitness. It is run by ex-England rugby player and current Singapore Wanderers Rugby Club Coach, James Forrester.

Their UFIT Bootcamp Program offers one of the most unique and successful outdoor programs available in Singapore. Locations include Fort Canning, Holland Village, Marina Bay, Botanic Gardens and MacRitchie. UFIT also offers monthly bootcamps at Tanjong Beach, Sentosa.

During the hour-long session, participants often work together to get through the workout, building elements of fun and camaraderie, with groups feeling a sense of accomplishment at the end.
