The Missoni line started by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni in 1953 is famous for its colourful designs. Its notable knitwear designs made from variety of fabrics in colourful patters stands out as a trademark Missoni. Besides clothing the Missoni line has also branched out to other projects like Sport Missoni, M Missoni which is a more affordable version of Missoni and Missoni hotels ( 30 around the world in places including Kuwait and Capt Town)
