Agua serves Mediterranean cuisine, the land of vineyards, olive groves, figs, of scented herbs like lavender, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil; of sun blessed vegetable and fragrant fruit, goat and ewe’s milk cheeses. The menu consists of tapas, breads and paella to name a few.
