Nine Emperor Gods Temple (九皇爷安邦南天宫)

The Nine Emperor Gods, also known as 'Jiu Huang Ye' or 'Kau Ong Yah', temple has its origins in Sungai Tepi, Kota Bahru, Kelantan, Malaysia. The birth of the Nine Emperors happened to be on the 9th of September in the Chinese Lunar calendar, and this day was often celebrated as the Nine Emperor Gods Festival by the Taoists in Southeast Asian countries like Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Riau Islands.
