Trifecta Martial Arts

Trifecta Martial Arts is a gym situated at Novena/Balestier. It specializes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and taekwondo. Students are usually allotted into classes based on either their age or skills. 

They offer a total of four differing categories.

The 'Powertots' category is catered to children. The age range for this particular range is 3 to 5 years old.

'T-Kids Taekwondo' is another category dedicated to children between the age of 6 to 12. This category focuses on 'solidifying fundamental skills' in an optimistic manner.

The 'Family Taekwondo' is a catagory that involves the young and old generations. Both of these generations; parent and child, are able to learn taekwondo together via this category.

'Teenkwondo', on the other hand, is a category devoted to teenagers between the age of 13 to 16. This category comprises of multiple competitions like poomsae and kyorugi. Poomsae is also known as 'forms' whereas kyorugi is the korean word for 'sparring'.
