Department of Caffeine

The Department of Caffeine (D.O.C) serves specialty coffee & tea, rustic 'twisted' all day meals, weekend brunch & house made cakes & pastries. Owner Andrew Lek is a former barista at Stranger's Reunion, and has since opened up D.O.C to start brewing his own coffee, but in a different flavour from before.

This small, unpretentious cafe takes their food and drink seriously. D.O.C takes sustainably-sourced specialty coffee beans from Five Senses Coffee, Australia, and a bespoke range of teas, then apply serious technical know-how to craft caffeinated perfection. Its menu of sandwiches, salads and cakes are also regularly changed to provide a range of refreshing choices.
