The Mexican Taco bar has the original Mexican Taste on food, not only because the chef is mexican but because Angeles Herrero is a very accomplished one who, now I know from different sources, has served ambassadors and headed large restaurants alike. In 2007 Angeles opened the Mexican Taco Bar at Changi Business Park. It is Asia’s first truly authentic Mexican restaurant, run by a real Mexican chef and providing exceptional quality food at extremely affordable prices.
