The name might be impossible to remember a few seconds after you’ve heard it, but the exuberant Thai menu makes a lasting impression. Try the huge betel nut leaf wrapped around pomelo jewels, prawns and shredded coconut. The charred wagyu salad is particularly delicious, as is the luscious, creamy green curry studded with tender snapper and apple eggplants. The Aussie influence of owner Chris Millar is especially evident in the pavlova with brown sugar cream and sweet mango.
