As a true blood native Melbournian, coming to Singapore and living here for the past 10 years has been amazing. However I craved real coffee and that café experience of home. So I embarked on a journey to bring the ultimate coffee experience that was 'home' to me, right here to Singapore. This desire gave birth to jimmy monkeyTM café & bar. Raw and deconstructed elegance defines this casual Australasian 'Third Wave coffee' café, complete with a bar and lounge that will offer palatable delights prepared daily. Menu includes delectables ranging from home made dips and toasted focaccias to rustic pastas and frittatas to desserts such as luscious cakes, premium ice-cream, and of course, to-die-for espressos compliments of Singapore's very first SlayerTM Espresso machine. And if this isn't enough, guests can indulge further in the whole coffee experience with the roasting of beans on-site from some of the best Independent and Rainforest Alliance farms, with seasonal raw green beans being sourced all over the world. This is the spot where customers can enjoy a great meal and while away the afternoon with a superb Sauvignon Blanc and a little antipasto on the side, while surfing away on their iMachines.
