'Capricciosa', which is an Italian word for the term 'Caprice', specializes in authentic Italian pastas and pizzas. Founded in 1978, Capricciosa opened its first outlet in JCube, Singapore in April 2012. All dishes are cooked upon guests' order to ensure freshness, and all pastas are served al-dente, meaning it's not overcooked nor undercooked. Capricciosa is also popular for its hand-made special sauce created from imported Italian tomatoes.
