E&O Group’s homegrown bistro Delicious makes its Singapore debut after seven successful outlets in Malaysia. Its winning formula of shabby chic interiors, outstanding fusion and Malaysian favourites (think: nasi kerabu), and cost-conscious prices is calculated to make a convert of shoppers and students. Wholesome and very well-received dishes include duck confit spaghettini; Thai mango and arugula salad with medium-rare pan-seared steak slices; and masala lambshank – a hearty hybrid of kandar and korma which combines all the best of Malaysia’s flavours on a plate.
