Starting your wellness journey is simple: hop onto the NTUC FairPrice Facebook messenger and select “Unity Wellness Journey” or click here. You’ll then be able to choose from four wellness topics that you’re interested in: anti-ageing, immunity, weight management and stress management.
The simple questionnaire covers aspects of wellness like diet, sleep and stress levels, and took less than a minute to complete.
Based on your responses to a quick questionnaire, you’ll be provided with your choice of a two- or five-meal plan that’s optimised to improve your wellbeing. In addition, you’ll also receive a list of supplement recommendations for you to consider.
With hundreds of detailed recipes compiled into different meal plans, the app provides comprehensive ingredient lists and instructions to get even non-experts started. As a bonus, each of the easy recipes is also specifically designed to give a boost to various aspects of your lifestyle while requiring minimal prep time.
Depending on your quiz responses, you can opt for 20-minute recipes like Tahini Butter Slaw to relieve fatigue, or Immune Curry Tuna Veggie Boats to keep in the pink. Otherwise, whip up 5-minute recipes like the wrinkle-busting Blueberries Anti-aging Smoothie to sip on the way to work, or the 15-minute Heat on Slimming Salad to blast those love handles.
