How to get to Twin Jets Resort?

The easiest way to get to the resort is by car, and it’s just a 50-minute drive from KL.

That said, because the resort’s tucked away in a more ulu part of Broga, Grab drivers may be hard to come by. Visitors suggest making arrangements with a Grab driver upon being picked up from the airport and notifying them of your check-out time in advance, so you don’t have to worry about transport at the end of your stay.

Broga Hill, a popular hiking trail around KL, is just a 3-minute drive away. So if you’re looking to be immersed in nature during your stay, be sure to check it out.

Accommodations at Twin Jets Resort

Boeing jet suites

There are 2 jet suites at the resort: the Gold Class Jet and the First Class Jet.

Both jets come with 2 bedrooms — a master with a king-sized bed and a second room with 2 queen beds. There’s also 1 bathroom on board per jet.

Entertainment-wise, there’s a karaoke system and a television in each jet for when you feel like belting out ballads or bingeing your favourite shows.

Both jets also come with a minibar equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge.

Guests are given full access to the plane, from the rear end all the way to the cockpit. For a more immersive experience, pilot uniforms are available for rent at reception from RM20.

Rest assured that the control panel and steering wheel aren’t actually functional, and your jet will most definitely stay in place during your role-play.

Each jet comes with the same layout and similar luxurious decorations, but they differ slightly in terms of facilities.

The Gold Class Jet features a golden and yellow colour palette, with an overhead chandelier adding extra bling to the space.

Only the Gold Class Jet has a pool table installed for snooker fanatics, so you can say you played pool inside a plane.

Similar to the Gold Class Jet, the First Class Jet is decked out in luxurious decor, with a more vintage touch, thanks to the addition of a gramophone and ornate plush chairs.

It even features a bright pink flower decoration built into the arches of the plane’s cylindrical fuselage, perfect for an Instagram moment.

Although this jet doesn’t come with a pool table, it instead ups the relaxation factor with its own massage chair placed near the entrance.

Cabin suites

With a starting price point of RM2,000, a night in the jet suites can be pretty pricey. However, the resort also has other wallet-friendly alternatives, one being its cabin suites.

The suites are repurposed container cabins painted over with vibrant colours that stick to the aviation theme. They’re easy on the wallet and will definitely make for some eye-catching photos.

Each cabin suite comes with 2 queen-sized beds and 1 bathroom, including a kitchen with a mini fridge and an outdoor balcony.

Villa

The villa is another wallet-friendly choice, ideal for large groups as it can comfortably host 10 to 15 people.

Fun fact: the villa made it into the 2021 Malaysia Book of Records for the fastest single-storey house construction, with an impressive build time of 87 hours and 43 minutes.

Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with 5 double beds and 3 bathrooms, so you won’t have to battle it out during shower time.

Like the jet suites, the living room is also equipped with a karaoke system, so good luck getting any sleep before midnight.

The place comes with a fridge, microwave, and washing machine – everything you need for a fuss-free stay.

Facilities at Twin Jets Resort

Terminal

The linking “bridge” between the 2 jets, the terminal is the middle building connecting both airplanes and acts as an indoor function hall for events.

Common area

Located on the ground floor, the common area is decked out with furniture made out of repurposed airplane parts, like a couch made from a plane engine and a bar table made out of a wing part.

There are also 2 guitars available for use in the common area, so if you want to impress your date but you don’t have the luggage space, you know where to find an instrument.

The common area is also conveniently located near another prime photo opportunity — strike a pose with a swanky Rolls-Royce to complement your private jet pictures.

Swimming pool

Of course, no resort stay is complete without a dip in the pool. You’ll find a standard-size swimming pool equipped with a jacuzzi to chill in. There’s even a barbecue pit by the pool, perfect for sizzling up dinner during a night swim.

If the kids still aren’t tired out from swimming, there’s a playground next to the pool with a swing set for them to burn off that last bit of energy before bed.

Dining area

When your suite is starting to feel a little stuffy, pack up your meal and head over to the dining area for some al fresco vibes instead.

This cosy corner has long tables that are great for large gatherings, plus ceiling fans to keep things nice and breezy while you dine and chat.

There’s a Twin Jets Cafe still in the works, but the resort does not serve food and only offers a designated dining area, at the time of writing.

For other food options, visitors recommend checking out nearby eateries like Shifuku Bakery (RM20-RM40), a rustic cafe selling pastries, Ikan Bakar Broga (RM20-RM40), a recreational fishing park specialising in grilled seafood, and Broga Little Kitchen (RM20-RM40), a Chinese zichar-style restaurant.

Fitness corner

Last but not least, the resort has its own fitness corner, so you don’t have to skip gym day during your holiday.

The gym setup is relatively simple and is equipped with machines like an exercise bike, a vertical knee raise machine, a pec deck machine, and a lat pulldown. Plus, it overlooks the pool, so you can enjoy the view while you break a sweat.

There’s also an outdoor basketball court on the grounds for some friendly competition among friends.
